"Continuing Memories" Entering the Tunnel of Childhood Memories

The conclusion of the "Continuing Memories" series by Sirena Cheng and Yeung Yat Chung was published exactly 15 years ago, not a day less. After years of preparation, the publisher released a revised edition last year, featuring a new cover that has a distinct Japanese manga style, contrasting with the previous minimalist design, making it irresistible to collect. This impulse purchase allowed me to relive those distant childhood memories.

When I was still a naive child, names like Sirena Cheng and Amy Cheung were already darlings of the Hong Kong literary scene. As a curious little girl, I indeed encountered their works, but only because my mother read them.
