This Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites 'Red Pill Magazines' https://redpill-mag.com and 'Blue Pill Magazines' https://bluepill-mag.com (the "Service"), provided by Fortress Hill Media Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not access to or use the Service.

These Terms apply regardless of the sort of device you are using to access the Service. This means they will apply whether you are using a computer, laptop, mobile phone, smart phone, tablet, game console or any other device.

1. Service Content and Scope

1.1 Service Content

Our Service provides paid access to digital content, articles, and media published on the websites of 'Red Pill Magazines' and 'Blue Pill Magazines.' The content is updated regularly and covers a range of topics and issues.

The Service is available via a paid subscription. The subscription provides full access to the content on the websites. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms as described below in Section 3.2.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Account Creation

We reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your account if we detect any violations of these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity related to your account.

3. Subscription and Fees

3.1 Subscription Activation

Your subscription will be activated upon successful payment. You will receive access to the Service for the duration of your subscription term. Each subscription is automatically renewed periodically unless cancelled by you. By activating the subscription, you have agreed to the subscription rates and all the terms and conditions herein.

Each subscription is personal to the subscriber, and shall only be used by the subscriber. Each subscription/account is treated as a distinct subscriber based on each email address. Cases where an individual has two or more subscriptions under different email addresses will be considered different distinct subscriptions. For avoidance of doubt, no refund will be made for a claim of duplicate subscription using different email addresses, whether it is subscribed by the same account holder or not. The subscribed account or access to the Service shall not be shared with any other third party or non-subscriber. We reserve the sole right and discretion to termination such subscription in the event of any violation of this restriction or any terms and conditions contained herein.

3.2 Payment

Payment for the subscription is processed through secure third-party payment processors. You must provide valid credit card information or an alternative payment method. We will not retain any credit card information after processing the transaction. Payments are non-refundable once processed. If your initial payment authorisation is later revoked, your subscription and/or access will be terminated. 3.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew periodically at the current subscription rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial months. You can avoid the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time by disabling the auto-renewal function in your account. For avoidance of doubt, you will need to have the auto-renewal function disabled at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date, otherwise we will automatically charge you on the next billing date and the subscription fees charged are non-refundable.

3.4 Changes in Fees

We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at any time. If the fee changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new fee is applied. Continued use of the Service after the fee change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new fee.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Distribute, reproduce, modify, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written permission.
• Use, edit, copy, publish, adapt, translate, or make derivative works from, distribute or otherwise all or part of the content from the Service or decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source codes of any content from the Service unless otherwise permitted in advance by us in writing.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content protections or restrictions on the Service.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

7. Third-Party Rights

Unless expressly provided in this agreement, a person or entity who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) of Hong Kong to enforce the benefit of any term of this agreement.
