A Gen Z INFP, I tend to dig deep into anything I find interesting. News topics, religious studies, Cantonese, and film analysis all spark my curiosity. I also enjoy food, photography, and travel.

During this visit to the Sikh temple, they prepared four types of food: the vegetable dish was stir-fried mixed vegetables, the legume dish was lentil soup, the staples included bread and flatbreads made from wheat, and the dessert was, of course, the iconic sweet pudding.
Have any of you tried Indian food at Chungking Mansions? The stir-fried mixed vegetables at the Sikh temple are completely authentic Indian flavors! Don’t get me wrong; this isn’t a criticism. Some might think Indian food is too heavily spiced or too intense, but the spices in the temple’s stir-fried mixed vegetables are delightful and harmonious. The vegetables retain their crispness, the potatoes aren’t too starchy, and the curry spices evoke memories of the radish in curry fishball.
